I txt them late Sunday evening and RJ immediately txt me back and scheduled me for Monday afternoon. They kept me updated about arrival and explained what was wrong with my unit. The tech was very Nice and had to get a couple parts but he had it up and running within 2 hours. I highly recommend them.
