He forgot to close crawl space and left light and extension cord on in crawl space. Needs to remove extension cord and turn off light in crawl space.

Ryan came out and did a plumbing inspection and water heater drain out. He was very thorough and explained very well the different items he thought needed attention. I would definitely recommend Armor Air.
