It took 13 hours. I saw the leak at 10:00pm. Made an appointment online. They came at 8:30 (on time for the 8:30-9:20 window). Evaluated the situation. Gave me a quote. I agreed. And it was installed and the old one taken away by 11 am. Kind and thoughtful workmen too.
