Chris H came when we needed need it most. He was professional and courteous and diagnosed the faulty capacitor. He replaced that part and inspected the rest of both units inside and out. I called on Saturday afternoon and Chris was out on Monday morning. Labor, service fee, and part = $345. Very fair enough. Thanks!
