They were very quick to respond. I came home from vacation and found my A/C not working and could not cool the house to less than 86°. After a couple of days of dinking around, I finally called D&M at 10pm. They came out the next day and the house is now at a cool 78°!

Had my first mini-split heat & air unit installed. Daikin unit is super quiet & head unit inside is putting out comfortable heat in 30 degree outside temp. Will supply heat down to -13 so I’m set.
