Water heater died on us right before a cold snap. Called Daniels and they got someone out same day. Guy diagnosed it fast, ran through what needed to happen, and had us back up and running by evening. Can't ask for much better than that.

Needed a water heater repair and honestly I was bracing for a huge bill. Turned out it was just a simple fix. They could've replaced the whole thing but they didn't. That says something about a company.
