The Tech was prompt, cleaned up after the job and was so patient when we couldn’t find the key to open the space initially. He did the job and was so nice. He even told me that the dryer vent wasn’t that bad at all and we could go longer in between services if desired. I’ve used them before and I’ll use them again!
