2nd company to come out for problem but actually correctly diagnosed, ordered correct part and fixed it. notified when the technician was en route, arrived soon after, was professional, and worked as quickly as possible. Very satisfied

The service provider Alex did a thorough check. I trust his recommendation. He did more than previous technicians. I have a home warranty but I expect this will not be covered. I would recommend EMCO to my neighbors.
