Slow start with a lot of back and forth on another work function which ultimately the association chose a different contractor but they came in and did an amazing job on the stucco going further than required by contract. Plan on bringing them back for later projects and highly recommend!!!

I worked with Kam to get an estimate on waterproofing and fixing our roof, which was leaking, in a 4 unit condo building. He was professional, thorough, and excellent at communicating. Unfortunately we were unable to proceed with the work at this time, but I would absolutely hire Hi Tech in the future.
