Stan Smith with Lefty's Plumbing did an excellent researching the water leak and fixing the leak. Found out the front bath tub flashing and pipe was cracked. And had to go through the master bathroom to fix the leak. When the master bathroom sink was removed and he replaced the faucet lines to bring them up to code.…

During routine maintenance, I noticed an outside drain on my deck was plugged. With the big rains coming, I wanted to have it cleared to prevent any flooding.
