I had an issue with my washing machine hoses leaking. One of the hoses was liquid welded on and very tough to remove. Nathan arrived to fix the issue. He was courteous, professional and answered my questions thoroughly. I couldn't be more impressed with how he handled himself and the situation. Very pleased!
