I was attempting DIY on replacing a shower faucet cartridge. When I stumbled along the way, senior plumber Bill D. arrived to advise where I was going wrong, and we fixed it on the spot. Bill was incredibly helpful and polite. I was only charged for the trip fee. Great experience with him.
