Alex was honest and straightforward and did his best to give us an accurate diagnosis of why our AC unit wasn't working. He said the compressor should be fine, whereas the first HVAC guys said it needed to be replaced. And Alex definitely didn't think we needed a new unit which the first guy said it was just a matte…
