I went on line late on a Tuesday and they set me up for a visit on Wednesday morning. I got an advanced notice that the technician (Chris) was on his way. He quickly identified the cause of my drain blockage and cleared it with his motorized snake. He cleaned up everything quickly. Totally positive experience for me.
