Carlos Moreno was GREAT!!! We had a problematic faucet and had a hard time getting the parts that we need for it.He told us he would stay on top of it and resolve the problem and he did just that.

Thanks goodness Roto-Rooter answered bc we needed emergency plumbing help. There was a main pipe clog causing all of the toilets, tubs and showers to not drain. We tried for over an hour and had to give up. Super late at night and they had someone out to us fixing the issue within 1 1/2 hours.
