Two way switching added at the top and bottom of the stairs, which is a small job I'd been meaning to do for four years. It took him about two hours. I use it a dozen times a day and think about it every single time.

Called about a dead circuit in the kitchen and he traced it back to a bad connection in an outlet behind the refrigerator. That fridge had not been pulled out since roughly 2009 based on what was behind it. He didn't comment on any of it, which I appreciated.
