Called about a burning smell and someone was at the house in under an hour. He isolated the circuit, found a backstabbed outlet that had been arcing, and made it safe. Came back the next day and replaced every outlet on that run.

He installed a generator inlet and interlock, then made me practice the switchover twice before he left. Said I'd be doing it in the dark during a storm and should know it cold. Used it in January and he was exactly right.
